- Implement Kaltura Auto-Captioning Process on January 1, 2018 - Recommendation Approved
- Existing media on Kaltura is retroactively captioned - Not Approved
- There is concern about the time and costs involved to retroactively caption media that are old or archived. ULTA suggests an opt-in process for retroactively captioning media.
- Canvas LTI: Blueprint - majority of respondents suggested targeting large, multi-section courses (such as labs). Concerns were raised about testing and pilots, especially since Canvas has a multi-section features that does not show differing due dates.

- Design Tools was viewed positively
- Preferred integration ASAP vs. between semesters.
- Recommends turning Design Tools on by default for all Canvas users vs. a manual process by each individual user to activate.
- Recommends promoting Design Tools to all instructors. There was concern about the complexity and general expertise required, but advise training and cooperation with AT staff.
